Brief Description:
The development of four, three bedroom flats in St Peter Port. The development is a timber framed construction with a rendered skin of external blockwork to the elevations.
The flats are built along Don Street in such a way as to mask the multi-storey car park immediatley behind the units (which serves Galtegny Court Office Block) Eash house also includes a timber decked terrace area backing onto the green roof of the car park.
