Project overview

Office space on 5 floors refurbished; mechanical and electrical systems installed, space re-planned for new cellular and open plan offices, suspended ceilings, and new carpeting and decoration throughout. Additionally a prestigious reception area was created with associated meeting rooms and restroom/shower facilities. Client remained in occupation throughout the contract which was completed in stages.
