Project overview

Alterations and refurbishment to an existing six storey structure alongside the quay in St. Peter Port. External refurbishment included new roof covering, windows and insulated render system as well as constructine a new opening onto Quay Street.
Internally, new steelwork enabled the dividing wall between 5-7 and 9-11 to be demolished, and an atrium to be formed with a roof light installed above. Within the atrium, three escalators were fitted and a new scenic lift. Two new staircases were also installed and a new goods lift.
