Project Overview

Undertaking a complete refurbishment without impacting on the day-to-day running of this very busy company working closely with the Island Insurance management team, a 33-week schedule of works was put together which included refurbishing the offices, washrooms and creating a new boardroom and staff room.

All three floors were stripped back to their concrete shell before new suspended ceilings, doors and partitions were fitted and the floors and walls were given new finishes. New heating, cooling and ventilation systems were installed and the electrics upgraded. All of the shower and washroom facilities had new sanitary ware fitted and were retiled. The only things in the whole building which weren’t changed were the windows.
